A text message indicating my vehicle had a repair that could not be completed as originally planned would have been useful. Apparently the phone calls attempted are from non-local numbers and flagged as spam so there was confusion at the time of pickup. I don’t blame anyone specifically but a text may in fact be better than a phone call in today’s world. The text messages are always effective in my experience. Overall, still a great experience—love the Service Dept at Lexus of Omaha!

I would never drive any car but Lexus, 100% satisfaction from purchase to service to ownership experience. 95k miles and it drives like a new car. The loaners I get when I go in for service have new gadgets I love and are even MORE quiet on the road, but not otherwise better. Lexus rules.

Yes, Adi was very thorough in his explatnation of the services I needed on my car. I have had my Lexus since I bought it new in 2002, and have had all of my service performed by Lexus. It has been a wonderful automobile!
