I was referred to Cory from a friend who had great things to say and he has always been very welcoming and communicative with me. I recently had some maintenance done and found some damage to my rear bumper after picking the car up. When I called Cory the next day we set time to come back to check it. He was very polite and open about it while still doing his due diligence and checking the before and after photos. While we couldn’t identify exactly when the damage occurred, it was obvious from the scans it wasn’t there at drop off, but was there when I came back the next day. Cory still wanted to make it right and got everything taken care of for me. I’m super grateful for his transparency, which I feel is lacking at many dealer service shops but not with Cory and the rest of the Lexus of Omaha service team!
