The service was great from Gerardo and the Lexus of Omaha team. I have one issue with the new key fob. I took it out of the package and it is missing the bottom cap with a loop to attach it to your other keys. I will contact Gerardo on Monday to see if they have the piece at the service facility.

Lexus tested and replaced my failing battery in about an hour without an appointment. Very quick turnaround and much appreciated! The price of a battery increased significantly from my last one in 2019 to $227 from $99. Labor costs were unchanged.

Overall my experience with Nick at Lexus was flawless. I had to leave my car overnight so I got to drive one of your wonderful new vehicles! Nick was very efficient by providing me updates by text and there was no long waiting times when I brought my car in or when I picked it up. Easy Peezy.. I don’t know how it could have been any better!
