Alec and everyone we dealt with was outstanding. I think everyone laughed at my stupid jokes, so that moved everyone up on my list of smart and outstanding people I know. Thinking about it, the second question about a trade in quote probably doesn't make much sense because we've only had this car for 2 weeks. And if you just laughed at this you also have moved up the list of smart and outstanding people I know. Seriously, it was one of the best experiences we had dealing with a service department from a car dealer.
