We’re only going to change left rear tire. Waited about 1 hour, they brought my car around then drove back out because they forgot to change the tire. No one came to explain I had to go ask hence I now know what happened. They said it would be another 1/2 hour. I took the loaner.

Tires were never touched , same pressure , so I had to go discount tire and get then pumped up to Lexus standards . Rep even told me they topped fluids and filled tires - fail

The customer service from Jesse was great, however the quality of the repair to my wheel was very poor. Lots of overspray of the clearcoat and some parts of the wheel are dull from either lack of clearcoat or excessive overspray. This was damage originally caused by Lexus of Omaha and the repair was very disappointing. Looking forward to discussing.
