The VIP wash was a big disappointment. I got the service in the past, and they did an amazing job cleaning my vehicle. This time, both the car and engine were both not that clean. It looked like it was just taken to your basic car wash for an exterior wash. Disappointing!

Ms. ****has been so helpful throughout this whole process. She helped guide me to the correct decision about what it was I needed done by explaining what you offered in complete detail. She was with me when I dropped the car off and when I picked it up. She and I examined the car when I was picking it up. She treated me with respect from the first call to that pick up inspection. And, the car looks great. From the wheels to the seats to the installation of the new floor mats after the removal of the winter mats the car looks brand new. The interior has been scrubbed and vacuumed clean, including inside the front middle console. Thank you for all the hard work.

Although a lot wrong with the car today, never fun, the work was done quickly and professionally. Communication was great. Appreciated the offer of a loaner as well.
