Nick helped me get service going. I had been first in line and other service advisors went to customers behind me first. Finally a young gentleman alerted Nick that I had not seen a service person yet. Nick was very helpful. Do advise your staff to check with customers at the head of the line before going to others in the line up

I am completely satisfied with the the quality of work performed by the Lexus Service Department. Nick Berg does an excellent job making sure that I understand the service that was provided and answers any questions I have. I have never had any problems with the work that the mechanics have performed on all three of my cars dating back to 1999.
