When my car was ran through the car wash, the pressure pulled back the clear bra. I have an appointment with the installer to fix it and would like to be reimbursed for the cost. I have photos to share.

Lexus always touts their great service but I really had very communication / updates when I took my car in for service (25,000) and I had a battery issue and had to face roadside assistance come to my home to charge the battery. I had to reach out to the service team to get the status forbtgg hr vests Lexus had my car. I then called to talk to the service manager to find out what was going on. Nick helped me when I arrived to pick up the vehicle and made sure the new battery was installed. He was great. The experience over the three days lacked a ton of communication.
