Since I work just inside council bluffs, there was resistance to help me which was disappointing. And somewhere there was miscommunication that my battery was replaced, which it was not. It was only jumped, but the information never got updated anywhere and I kept being told it was replaced. Otherwise Lexus was very friendly, as always, and very prompt about everything. I appreciate the help.

The gas tank did not open without a lot of work. We have a 5 month old Lexus and gas tank doesn’t open. Not awesome.

I am always satisfied with the expert service I receive at the Lexus dealership. I know my car is being cared for by professionals and I always appreciate the respect I receive from them. Today they had to hand wash my car as the automatic machine was down. I so appreciate that particular service along with everything else they took care of today. Thank you.

I was very impressed with Cory and the diagnostics he provided of my Lexus of what service it actually needs along with the urgency, so I will be returning my Lexus next week to have the rear brakes repaired with the front brakes to follow in the future as needed. The price for the oil change was very competitive with the quick lube I take our Jeep to (actually a little less) and I didn’t sit in my car for an hour waiting for the oil to be changed!
