Gerardo and the whole team are always a pleasure to work with. They do a great job of balancing efficiency while still explaining everything and making the overall experience great. Gerardo also helped me identify when to expect some other upcoming maintenance items so I can plan effectively for those costs. The customer lounge is also excellent, I really appreciate being able to easily work remotely. Thanks to Gerardo and the team for their customer focus and excellent service. I brought my car in to be fixed and the repair did not work. I need to now come back again. I know it will get fixed, but the first time I asked about my windshield wiper problem I was told it worked. The 2nd time Cory identified why it wasn't working and Jessie followed through with the repair. Today I picked it up and within 3 hours the windshield sensor by the mirror came unglued. So no I'm not satisfied, but yes I know it will be taken care of.
