The purchase process 100% amazing and service after was above and beyond...however my wife picked up the car today...grease on the carpet and seat in the rear, grease on the Headliner and window tint has big scratches. I picked this car out because of the 100% flawless inside and out like new vehicle that it is. Not really happy about this and not sure if the grease will even come out to new looking again. Please let me know how we will make this right

Jessie always does his job well. I had to return though as no one thought to reconnect my phone to the new navigation system. Also all the radio stations were left from the previous owner of the refurbished navigations system. I had to ask for help to add my favorite two stations.
