I also want to say your team was very patient and kind with a customer who had not planned her day to allow for the time it took to service her vehicle and was very rude to your staff. She didn’t deserve their kindness, but way to go team!

I brought my Lexus in for a recall and that part was fixed. However it was my understanding whenever I had service done the car would be washed which it wasn't and that because it was a recall it would be filled up with fuel and it wasn't. If this is my understanding please let me know

I was told it would be an hour and a half to an hour 40 minutes after I was told one hour when the appointment was made. I agreed. After more than 2.5 hours, I went to find out where my vehicle was. I was given an excuse about software and an apology. It would have been courteous if someone had come to let me know that they were having issues instead of letting me sit and watch every other customer come and go.
Waiting room is comfortable and relaxing. Service was done on time. Car was cleaned inside and out.
