I was told it would be an hour and a half to an hour 40 minutes after I was told one hour when the appointment was made. I agreed. After more than 2.5 hours, I went to find out where my vehicle was. I was given an excuse about software and an apology. It would have been courteous if someone had come to let me know that they were having issues instead of letting me sit and watch every other customer come and go.

The technicians did a great job. Only issue was I was initially told it could get done in one day, but it took 3. Also, the car was not washed, which it usually is. There were no weather issues. Put there was something that needed to set up, maybe that is why it did not get washed. Jessie did a great job.
