Alec was so friendly and kind. And my service was done quickly. I also want to say your team was very patient and kind with a customer who had not planned her day to allow for the time it took to service her vehicle and was very rude to your staff. She didn’t deserve their kindness, but way to go team!

I brought my Lexus in for a recall and that part was fixed. However it was my understanding whenever I had service done the car would be washed which it wasn't and that because it was a recall it would be filled up with fuel and it wasn't. If this is my understanding please let me know
