Hello, It been about a half a day now but this is regarding my 2018 nissan frontier. Overall it was a good experience, I just have one issue. As I was leaving your dealership sercice aera around like 930ish (02/7). I got to your stop sign and felt something was weird with my gas pedal, I take a right turn and notice something very off, I pressed my break to check it out but then my truck started to accelerate, I was very panicked in that split second. Not sure what to do. I let go of the break and my truck stopped accelerating, and I was able to stop my truck around the corner of your building. I put my truck into park and got out and saw my floor board was covering my accelator, but not my break. So when I was trying to stop the floor board was pressing against the gas. I fixed it and left, but thinking about how bad that could have been I really should have gone back in person to notify what just happen. I think I was in shock and just left, happy nothing happened. Im pretty sure if you check your security cameras you can see this happen since it was right in front of the building. No harm was done luckily this time but this could have been a very dangerous situation if anything went wrong.
It is always so nice to see Nic when I drop my car for anything. With him I know that it will be attended to with the upmost care.
NThe people at Lexus of Omaha impress me everything I visit. Ill be coming here first for our family's next car purchase.
I learned a lot today as well as have my recall done. I am so pleased with my car and my dealership. I learned that I’ve been making appointments in my app for a carwash. Then I receive a no show each time. It’s because I don’t need to make an appointment on the app. It’s to at the dealerships webpage. Who knew. I ran into so many helpful and willing to help staff. Thank you.
