Alec was helpful finding the reason my 2019 IS ‘s tire had a slow leak. He Ordered a tire which came in 2 days later. He put the donut on my Lexus Ski could it home Alec was polite and helpful.

Lexus always does a complete and thorough check up, and the car is sparkling clean when I get in it to go. Good communication with all those who are involved in this service while I am waiting. This time they even provided a video of what they were doing to the car. Great feedback. Very pleased with the quality of service.

Very good, came in for wiper blades and the service advisor said he could also do a recall, software update to the transmission. A hour later I ready to go. Excellent service!
