When I got back into my car the mirror was covered with condensation and the steering wheel and some dash and control services had a nasty film on them. I had to stop and wipe everything off before we could go home. The parking views have a blue line that I’ve never seen before but there was no mention of updated software. Overall I’m very happy but little things matter.
Second time working with Adi. Top notch communication and professionalism. Recommended new spark plugs but fist made me aware that the old ones simply needed tightening. Did not feel pressed or that I was attempting to be sold. Simply notified that the lifespan of recommended changes for spark plugs are here. I come from Lincoln due to the professionalism I’ve experienced and specifically with Adi on both occasions. Thank you!

I specifically mentioned that my coolest level was really low. Nicholas said it will be taken care of. During my wait, I noticed Nicholas visiting with appeared to be his wife and child inside and on the vehicle drop off floor, off and on for over an hour. As well when I was checking out he was training a female in which I forgot her name as my understanding was he was my Advisor. Nicholas had her walk me to my vehicle which is fine, however as my assigned Advisor I would expect him to walk out with her too. I felt like he "was wiping his hands clean" and pushing me off to her. This made me want to check my coolent level when I got home and as your roadside Tech Jordan who just left my home can attest that the Coolent level was WELL below the Low Level. Not the Service I've come to trust and expect from Lexus of Omaha. I also want to make a positive call out to Molly for her extremely fast sense of urgency with providing a solution immediately following my call back yesterday afternoon. Thank you for allowing me to express my experience!
Gerardo and Dustin were simply amazing and are the reason I will continue to be a Lexus owner in the future. They greeted me by name, had my rental
car ready and were very clear on the next steps and when I would hear from
