I’ve recruited, hired, trained, managed (politically correct term is now led versus manage, but my jobs have really been both of the 2) for 27 years. One of the primary reasons me and my family do as much service work with Lexus of Omaha as we do, is due to Nick. He does a great job looking out for and acting in, the best interests of Lexus of Omaha and us. That is not an easy thing to do in any business I’ve been involved in. He epitomizes the “trust model”, is book smart, street smart, car smart and his super power is common sense.
