I was an unexpected appointment given my vehicle would not start. Cory got me in, replaced the battery, found two nails in a tire, and did the upcoming maintenance even though I was a “walk in.” He is always friendly and courteous and does a great job of explaining what needs to be done and what it will cost. He’s been at Lexus a long time and really does a great job of representing a great dealership.
As always the people were great and the service was excellent.

Morgan showed me the iPad pictures of the issues of body work and the undercarriage of my car. I was totally impressed with her. Another Lexus owner was sitting by the iPad and I told her look at this and Morgan showed her her car. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The woman who checked me in was very knowledgeable and I appreciated she answered all my questions.
I don't know the name of my service advisor. Some of the things she mentioned didn't make sense to me. She said she would talk to the mechanics and get back to me, but she never did. I rarely drive my car, and it's always in the garage with the battery tender I bought from Lexus, yet the battery keeps dying every two years. She asked me to disconnect the battery from the car if I'm not driving it much. My question is, why did you sell me a battery tender in the first place?

The service was excellent with one exception. I had specifically asked that when they cleaned the car they vacuum the trunk thoroughly. The trunk was apparently not touched.
