I thought my service experience was excellent ! I especially liked what a wonderful job the service team did on cleaning my car! They spent extra time to make sure my windshield was clean inside and out!
Nick is always very polite and welcoming , but I have a 2023 car that still only has one key- and a continuing promise that another is coming - Nick says he ordered it and touch up paint serval services ago but can’t seem to get any results - come on - it’s a scrape on one bumper ( of course if I paid $750 the repair department would miraculously be able to come up with the paint! I’ve owned over 15 Lexus cars - this very likely will be my last ( Mercedes is looking better all the time.

Service was 10 out of 10! Cory always takes the time to explain the needed repairs. We have an older RX350 (2010) and it has needed some major maintenance/repairs, Cory helped prioritize the repairs to make it more manageable. I was able to get a loaner car which was very convenient. Excellent service as always!

I had scheduled to pick up a loaner for my service, but at check in Jesse didn’t offer one and sent me to the waiting room. I had time to wait (supposed to be one hour), so I did. After 2 hours, I asked for an update on the car. It was done, Gerardo did not realize I was waiting. I had not received a text that the car was ready either. It’s not easy to check on the vehicle-wandering down the service offices is somewhat uncomfortable!
Everyone was very helpful and pleasant - very easy experience.
