Gerardo was amazing to work with! He solved my AC issue the minute I pulled into the service garage! In addition, he was so nice and it was obvious he was dedicated to making sure I had the best experience for my scheduled service! I appreciate Gerardo and Lexus! I always tell people I will never buy a car anywhere else because of the great service! Well done, again!
