Nick’s service was good. When I was at dealership I spoke to a tech specialist for assistance with my app and some car ‘computer’ things on the car. When I got home my phone app still said the hood and doors were up and unlocked. I called Nick asking for assistance from tech support he said he would give them a message to call me….. it never happened. I don’t enjoy my car because of all the technical things I don’t understand or can’t make them functions.

Nick has helped me for so many years with my cars. I can call him and he is always so very helpful and gracious to let me come and talk with him about my car. When I needed to purchase Another car in January 1923 he introduced me to Jeff and advised me about what car would be best for me. I trust him, and I am so thankful for his expertise and his friendliness and patience with all my questions. He’s the reason that I drive a Lexus.

My representative was excellent in all facets of the experience. His hospitality, communication and promptness on this experience was much like all prior experiences, excellent. My experience's there are the reason that I will come back purchase future automobiles from Lexus of Omaha.
