lol! Not a big thing, but I was surprised to see that they did not put a service. Reminder decal in the upper left corner of my windshield. I find them extremely helpful and have relied on them for so many years! Maybe it’s being discontinued or it was just a miss.. I know I could’ve turned around and gone back, but I had somewhere I needed to be.

They did not fully detail my car. The inside still had dust and smudges all over the dash. The outside had residue all over it. Totally not worth the $300 plus dollars.

Everyone one at Lexus Omaha from setting the appointment to picking up my car everyone was polite and very helpful in every way….
