Had the alignment checked. Beings everyone knows that the IS has camber issues that wear tires out prematurely at a negative camber. You should at least at the customer's request set these at zero camber to help longevity of the tires. 80k mile tires should last longer than 15k miles. Totally 100% disappointed that something has not been done about this!!! Read the reviews of IS tire wear!!! It's not a RACE car!!

Jesse was very helpful and patient. ! However-/ Lexus needs more tech support people. Almost every time I needed tech support- no one was available. Hire more tech support!
