The car looked good until I looked at it closer. There were places that were not wiped totally clean. Not a big deal however, my expectations for Lexus have always been for a first class job always.

I feel there’s multiple parts to that question so it was hard to answer/Yes, or no/ so I choose no. So I was able to leave some feedback.. I did appreciate their help with what I came in there for which was for a little update and new wipers. And I do appreciate how they check other things while it is in such as tires.. however that’s one reason I left Volvo was because they always try to sell you something and I hated that. With that being said, I was trying to be sold new tires, which I understand. I need new tires but I wish they would just tell me that and that’s all. He understands and takes care of so I can discuss it with him rather than try to purchase by October 31 and paid for because of a special that you were running.. I would appreciate next time just to say hey we checked your tires. Here’s where they are just a heads up and I will discuss further with my husband rather than sit there and waste the guys time to try to sell me something I don’t like that at all. Just especially being a female in there and not understanding everything they’re throwing at you. I always will discuss with my husband prior. Again, I appreciate their diligence in checking my tires, but every time I come in, I do not want to be sold something or try to be sold something such as Volvo.

I had a rattle in the door of a RX 350 that I had purchased at a different dealership. Cory found the issue and shared that a piece of my door assembly had broken. Even though my car was outside my warranty by a month, he said they would provide the replacement as a complimentary service free of charge. I’m very thankful for the exceptional service I have good at this visit and previously. Thanks for going above and beyond for me!!
