I’m a loyal Lexus owner from out of state. This is my third visit to Lexus of Omaha for service and I am more impressed each time. We currently have an RX and an ES 350 and I will have them both serviced in Omaha going forward. Truly outstanding service.

Car did not have any sort of leak when I took it in, after I take it in I was told there was an oil leak. 6 hours after my service it starts leaking anti freeze really bad, I know it is not Adi fault but I feel like the person who worked on my car did not look it over well enough.

Cory always does an excellent job with helping me anytime I need questions answered. I trust him with all aspects of my car. I’ll always drive a Lexus as long ads I can especially if Cory is there to assist. But that said all staff are very helpful and courteous
