Adi was my service rep this time. Completely satisfied and impressed with his professional demeanor. The loaner car was awesome. I'm glad they found the leaking water pump and replace it before it caused a problem driving. I'll stay with Lexus.

We were in a very unfortunate situation and your staff handled it with great care from our call for help, to the gentleman we spoke to on the phone, the service tech that got the car started and drove to Lexus-making sure we could follow. I went out to start my Lexus and go to a physical therapy appt. and a luncheon. It wouldn’t start and I think every blinking warning light came on. I called Lexus of Omaha Service Department. They sent a vehicle and started my car and lead me to the Lexus Dealership. I pulled in and they were very busy but they got my car in and all I needed was a new battery. But I was in and out in no time. I will alway trust Lexus with service and care of my 2017 Lexus. They are my first call and I trust them with my vehicle always! Thank you for helping me and taking care of my Lexus when I need it.

Thanks for providing a loaner car while my car was being repaired. One note, when driving a loaner vehicle, advertising Lexus of Omaha on the side and a vehicle number can be perceived by others (myself included) that Lexus is less reliable, where customers need to use a rental car. Hope that makes sense.
