I don’t do surveys but will tell you that I have owned at least 5 Lexus in the last 30 years and I have always been happy with Lexus service. I guess that is one of many reasons I buy a Lexus.

I’ve been very comfortable with the honesty of your team. I feel like I can ask any question and they’ll find me the answers. Cory personally went above and beyond to be sure I understood what was happening to my car. He also reunited me with my iPad, which was left behind!

They were very attentive to my service needed when trying to hook up my Apple Car plan. They tried everything and couldn’t get it to hook up but thank you for your service and time for trying. I will be in touch with Apple regarding the problem.
