Issue with vehicle settings are still not correct. Power window auto function stopped working after service visit.

Gerardo Becerra was who assisted me with a tire that had a screw in it. He determined it was under warranty. He ordered the tire and put me in a loaner. It was easy peasy. Gerardo is the BEST. He was extremely busy and seemed to handle several customers at the same time.
