The service department at Lexus of Omaha is the best there is. The work is always done right and delivered on time. Everyone in the service department is truly amazing to me. They are friendly, knowledgeable, respectful of my time, and make me feel valued both as a customer and a friend. I have owned Lexus vehicles exclusively since 1998, and would never ever entertain the idea of going anywhere else!

Jesse pointed out that I apparently have water pump leakage requiring replacement. The residue in the picture Jesse shared would suggest that the pump has been leaking for awhile. Neither Lexus service nor I were aware of the leakage before yesterday. It just so happens that the warranty on my Lexus expired in October. I would submit that the leakage may very likely have existed prior to the warranty expiration on the vehicle. I only ask for the benefit of that doubt and for consideration of replacement of the water pump under the original warranty. Thank you in advance. I look forward to hearing back from you soon. Dan

My RX350 had a sudden low tire light come on, I drove straight to Lexus and even without an appointment they were able to fix my issue within the hour. I so appreciated their flexibility and willingness to provide such efficient service. I have always used the Lexus service department for my vehicle and have always had the same great service.
