I felt your question about Free Trade-In info was underhanded since you said up front you needed only one question answered about service quality pertaining to Nick Taylor. Up front honesty … as simple as this was … would have sat better with me. Just say you have 2 simple questions. Just my humble observation and even more humble opinion.

I overall was pleased until I picked up the vehicle and noticed either scratches or something on the vehicle after it was washed. The gentleman told me I must have spilled something on it or my kids, well #1 my kids are all grown. He took the palm of his hand and wiped it off making it look worse which I was glad it came off but don’t blame the customer if he or she was there picking up the vehicle after being washed. I stopped and washed the car on the way home but just wanted to point this out

I love the service Lexus provides. They provide a full inspection and include service pricing upfront. They also don't try to offer services that aren't necessary. I completely trust them with my vehicle.
