I was from out of town when I experienced some problem with my car and your dealership got me in the same day to diagnose the problem. A part was ordered and I returned the next day and my car was fixed. The gentleman who worked with me was very professional and pleasant - sorry not sure of his name - ?Giordano- or something similar. Service was prompt.
Jessie told me that for the 2013 flashing warning sign is when to bring the car back for repair. No appointment needed. It happened to be a week later. He gave me price & recommendation. I plugged in the #s & agree economically,time wise & safety to replace all vs 2. He will order & contact me.

Brought vehicle in for a factory recall, that we were notified by a letter, but recall issue was resolved in a prior service of the vehicle. So it was unnecessary to bring in to the dealership. We also had a tech issue that was answered by your consultant.
