Rattling noises front passenger side of car never found. Heard them again driving home. I will continue to document and make a follow-up appt. As necessary. I was never given the reason for the excessive service time until I picked up the vehicle.

Nick quickly resolved my issue I e had since I bought the car a year ago. I’ve been very disappointed with Lexus this past year trying over 3 times to resolve the seat programming issue- but he finally figured it out. Thx Nick! Other techs should learn from him as it appears my car was never correctly programmed at onset of purchase. I understand errors can occur but I’m concerned it’s taken this long. Nick should be commended. Thank you.
