Jessie is great but I was not pleased with the condition of my car after the service. There was grease inside the car on the door, dash , arm rest, and seats. The car was washed but not dried fully. The interior was dirtier than when I brought it in. I was not aware that I needed to bring in a piece of the key for the second key so I anticipate that will mean another trip to Omaha from Fremont. I have always been impressed with your service department but today’s experience did not meet expectation.

The customer service was fantastic, as always!! Everyone was very polite & extremely helpful. The Lexus dealership runs like a well-oiled machine. It's hands-down the best service I've received anywhere.

Service was excellent as usual! Never takes as long as stated. I have never owned another car where the dealer has helped us maintain it in great shape.
Cory is the best. He always takes the time to go over items on the invoice and the recommendations for items that either need immediate attention or should be on my radar for near future updates or repairs. Even though I drive 4 hours each way for service appointments, I always leave the dealership feeling it he drive has been worth it.

A great Lexus dealership
After three different visits in for service, finally all that was originally supposed to happen with the car, happened. For the first visit, my husband called to get an oil change and listed some issues with the HUD. Whether he forgot to say oil change( which I doubt because the car kept reading that an oil change was coming due) or not I’m not sure but, while the car was in for service, I called and talked to another service rep to ask them if it would be possible to add on front window tinting. He said that was no problem and it would be done. When we got the car back, the front windows were not tinted and the oil change had not been done. I called back to let them know, and another appointment was made. For the second appointment, the service and windows were tinted, but apparently the passenger side door was not connected back correctly and the next day when I tried to get out of the car, I could not. So now on appointment number three, the passenger side door was reconnected correctly, and all is good. This whole situation seemed like a lot of extra appointments and miles added onto my car for mishaps and incomplete work.
As we have another Lexus, we have worked with this dealership and service department before. We have never had any unsatisfactory issues previously. We are hoping this is just one big, time consuming fluke.
