Whoever washed my car at the dealership, left dirt spots on the dash along with a dirty hand print. There were dirty splash spots on my front doors. I cleaned the inside of my car earlier in the week and I left Lexus with it dirtier than when I arrived. I realize you are busy, but the car should be clean when getting their car back.

Gerardo was courteous and explained that Lexus of Omaha replaced the battery in our 2009 RX350 at no charge because it did not pass all of the tests that the battery was subjected to. We appreciate the fact that the dealer did not argue about replacement because the battery was only 4-5 months old when it failed to start the car.

The $69 dollar wash was not worth it. Windows were smudged tailgate still had dirt, so did both running boards and middle section between the two front seats had crumbs and coffee. It was there from 9am on and I know it was at the end of the day, but I expected more. Everything else was great as usual.

Adi had eveything handled from he moment I pulled in he garage. He greeted me, had a loaner car for me and showed me how to operate it (similar to mine). He said he would call and I could come back any time for the car, and that they would clean it. The job was done quickly and he had my car back to me within hours. Fabulous service always at Lexus of Omaha!
