Hello, I was very satisfied with Gerardo. We discussed my oil change and multipoint inspection. When we discussed the tire pressure, he indicated all my tires were at 36 PSI. I mentioned to him that I had previously inflated them to over 40 due to air loss during cold temps. He said not to have them inflated that high, so I asked if the techs would have seen that they were inflated to over 40 and then decrease them to 36. He said they would have checked that and decreased the pressure. Upon driving away, all tires were still the same pressure as when I brought the vehicle in. So I’m questioning if the tire pressure was truly checked and if not, were there other things that went unchecked??? Thanks!
Geraldo was outstanding, professional, prompt & kind! The other Lexus staff from the guy checking tires to the guy who got us a loaner car to the girl that recommended a good place to eat since we were from out of town were all exceptional! Well done Lexus of Omaha - you are definitely a notch above the rest!
There was a lack of communication between Lexus employees about my vehicle. One person told me I would have a loaner vehicle Monday morning and that someone would be calling me early Monday. I didn’t receive a call, so I called Lexus after 8:00 and when I talked to the service department person, he said they didn’t have enough employees to bring a loaner car to me. Good thing the issue with my Lexus was fixed and that was brought to me about 12:30 today.

My wife took the car in and had the gas cap/lid replaced. They also checked the sunroof seal which was previously fixed and had displaced again causing a horribly loud road trip experience. Today, the seal was just pushed back down - within the drive home it had moved again and is bulging out between the glass. It seems like a permanent fix/new seal is warranted. Please order the parts to fix the seal permanently.
