Cory goes above and beyond with his customer service. We live an hour away from Lexus of Omaha, and we choose to come out there because of the excellent customer service from everyone, especially Corey.

IF….IF the tires were rotated why were the brake pads not checked accurately at that time? The car should never have had to go back and to pull the tire again for an accurate reading. Rick would like to talk to you about this. Rick’s phone ****-****-xxxx
Jessie is great and I appreciated his help and communication. I will say I am not a fan of receiving a text with a link with service updates rather than a phone call like it used to be. That way any questions or clarifications can be handled on the spot and saves time in the overall service appointment. With this new way I hadn’t seen the text right away, it’s very hard to read all the details on my phone, and the report mentioned $4400 additional repairs. So I called him and can no longer reach him but rather an automated voice mail asking him to call me back. I also replied to the text asking him to call me for explanation and clarification. Which he did and it was all resolved, but the whole process wasted about an hour. My service prior to this one literally took several hours waiting to hear back from someone to clarify and explain this minor oil seepage on the timing cover. Thanks for listening!
We were there for just over 2 hours for a standard 20,000 service. Other customers came and went. We didn’t get a notification that the car was opened until an hour and 25 minutes into our wait. Upon arriving home, we noticed our wiper fluid still took 2-3 cups of fluid to fill it. Makes us wonder what else was not done. Also when we arrived home, the car started self locking so obviously the programming was altered.
Staff was polite as usual.
I feel like I have a new vehicle whenever I’ve had service provided at Lexus. Thank you for your excellent service!
