My front camera was clear and in good condition. After servicing the camera is blurred. Can't see front view clearly. It was perfectly fine before the servicing and very clear before.

Jesse quick question. On my digital dash display the tire pressure screen is not registering any data. Should this be working now that the sensor was repaired ?

Jessie was incredibly helpful during my visit. My RX was taking longer than expected so he was able to get me into a loaner vehicle so I could make my meeting on time. Very accommodating and another reason I choose to have my Lexus serviced here versus anywhere else.

Gerardo was great but the day of service must have been his day off so maybe let your customers know who is their service rep as Gerardo said he wud take care of me but he wasn’t even there Morgan did an awesome job so no complaints there !! Thank you

Did not get the paperwork of work completed from the check out person and had to return to Lexus to get. Not mission critical and I should have been on top of this detail but so should have Lexus. All else was great and always impressed and happy with care Lexus gives to me and my car!!
