There was a little communication breakdown with lunch breaks and letting me know that there was not an oil filter at Lexus for my vehicle as I was waiting in the break room for an hour and half for a scheduled oil change. I was happy with Jessie coming in, in the middle of it. He was not the one that checked me in but his name was assigned to my ticket while at lunch. He provided me with a vehicle to drive so I could return to work until my vehicle was finished. The assistant that was working in the drive through at the time, I failed to ask him his name but he was extremely helpful with getting me who I needed. So to the two of them I would like to say yes a job well done. Note: I believe when a service writer that checks you in is leaving while you are there waiting they should fill you in before leaving for lunch and adding someone else to your ticket. I honestly was not happy with this person, she seamed rushed also, the assistant was the only person that really acknowledged me. Everyone else was not very friendly.
