Nicholas was very attentive and thorough. He patiently explained what was at hand with my vehicle, and he was very positive. I want to make a suggestion to the workers who clean the floor mats. The mats would be better if dry before putting back in place. There is a thin layer of carpet under the mats that could start to mildew and/or smell with moisture captured in it.

Cory kept me apprised of All aspects of what was needed on the maintenance. Found surprise problem with my in car phone reception. Also the car was ready sooner than quoted time. Thankful for Cory’s attention to details. Love the car wash and shine.
