Nick did a great job of handling my service issues. I'm handicapped and was unable to come in and see the service that needed to be done. Nick was very thorough in explaining all the things that they were going to do and why it needed to be done.

Nicholas was very attentive and thorough. He patiently explained what was at hand with my vehicle, and he was very positive. I want to make a suggestion to the workers who clean the floor mats. The mats would be better if dry before putting back in place. There is a thin layer of carpet under the mats that could start to mildew and/or smell with moisture captured in it.
