I always appreciate the efficient and friendly service Lexus offers. A real bonus to me was picking my car up after having it serviced, and it was spotless…inside and out! Thank you to Lexus for being proactive on my car’s maintenance needs and making sure I’m never that person with a broken-down car on the side of the road. Add in the “luxury” service, and I’m a lifetime Lexus fan.

I liked Lexus more when Rob was still in charge and it was a more “comfortable” business than what it has become…The service people remain great but it has gotten a lot colder in the operation than what I remember from years ago… Baxter influence did not help…I won’t be buying a car from Lexus in the future…Don’t worry, I didn’t buy that many so you’re not losing much…

Geraldo is professional and very knowledgeable and is able to communicate very well. The tech. That did the service on my 2014 LS 460 was Amos and he was also amazing how he committed with me. It is pleaser working with you.
