Gerardo was absolutely wonderful. Instead of being pushy, he told me to wait on getting a few things serviced till my next appointment, which I really appreciated. He's got great skills, easy to talk to, got me in and out in a timely manner.

Gave my old RX330 wonderful care! Was very nice experience overall and my car is clean like I haven't seen it before. Nice bonus there! Really appreciated the loaner, the NX350 is a great ride! Thanks Jessie!

Gerardo was great. I am very unhappy about the scheduling of this service. Initially, you were to pick up my vehicle Tuesday at 8:15 am. At 8:45 I called your office to see what the hold up was. Molly stated that she thought I was delivering my vehicle to Omaha. I initially explained that this was my second free oil change and pickup service. She then rescheduled it for today at 9:45. Gerardo contacted to tell me that there was a scheduling mixup and he would be here more like 11:00. He was 20 minutes early, very nice and apologetic about the mixups. Very frustrating. Hopefully, I can get my car back before 5:00 Friday.
