I have always had excellent service from Lexus of Omaha. Very professional and courteous workers And. over the top service and a wonderful place to wait for your car to be done with refreshments served no cost to the customer. Very clean and restful place to wait.

Nick was extremely friendly from the moment he approached me. It was my first visit to the dealership, and he made me feel welcome, comfortable, and showed me where I could relax while I waited. It was a very busy day, so it took a bit longer than expected, but he apologized for the wait, thanked me for my patience, and just kept the conversation so friendly. The interaction definitely exceeded my expectations. Thanks Nick!
