The service department at Lexus is excellent. The staff are courteous and friendly. They usually greet you and confirm your service needs immediately when you get out of your car. The lounge is very clean and comfortable and you are given updates on service as needed. I appreciate the fact that they go over the service that was provided and any problems that were addressed. It’s nice to drop off your car in the comfortable garage especially when the weather is cold or raining. I have been a Lexus customer for over 25 years and have recommended Lexus to friends. Nick Berg has been especially helpful and a great resource if I have questions or problems. Keep up the great work!
