Many thanks to Gerardo for his help with my vehicle. I am in Omaha for my father's funeral, and I had two unexpected events with my car. I initially worked with Morgan about my damaged tire, and she was very helpful. Gerardo took over for the alignment and the second surprise event regarding a cylinder coil. I very much appreciated his maintenance expertise, but more importantly, it was his compassion and understanding during this difficult time that he offered. He also ensured the small scuff I had on my glove compartment was taken care of quickly. Please know that I felt genuinely cared for in addition to my care being taken care of. I think that is the measure of outsanding customer service. Bless you all for caring so much about a customer.
