Gerardo did a fine job. I found the electronic files sent me to be difficult to use (I got three empty files with no explanations. I also could barely hear the person who performed the multi-point inspection (I had to listen to the video 4 times before I finally got it all). I am not a fan of the electronic information reporting approach Lexus of Omaha uses, so going forward, we are going to do it in a way that works for me. That or Lexus does a better job with the files and information it sends me. Thank you.
