Everything is A++++ from when we pull up to the garage door. Someone is waiting for you to get out so they can greet you. The lounge is staffed with an attendant offering drinks & snacks. The car service is superior to all other places. A service attendance explain everything thoroughly. They’re very pleasant. They answer all your questions. They don’t make you feel like they’re in a rush to get you out. I think Lexus provides the most excellent customer service all the way around.

Nick was excellent working thru an issue that was one first of its kind on the GX 550. It was nice to validate that it was an actual issue. No more rattle. I can finally enjoy my new car.

Greeted promptly when I arrived for my scheduled appointment, Alec reviewed with me what would be done to my vehicle and an approximate time frame. He opened the door to direct to the service wait area and asked if I had any questions. Alec returned to the wait area to let me know my vehicle was finished, also reviewed with me the inspection report.
