Jessie, was terrific, he knew what my car needed to make it safe for a road trip I was taking and helped me with a few other questions I had. He went beyond expectations which made me feel comfortable and trusting with your dealership.

I am not satisfied, I paid for the 2013 gs350 to have differential pinion seal replaced. When I get my car back and drove for a day, I found leaks on the driveway. The differential fluid drain plug was loose I can spin it by hand. I have to crawl under the car to tighten the plug. It’s dangerous for me but I hand to do it in order to stop the leak that could damage my vehicle. I will call Lexus of Omaha on Monday to have them reinspect and top off the fluid.

When I checked my car in, I had asked that person to check the level of my transmission fluid. However, he did not document that request, so it was not done. The service person working with me said they could pull the car back in and do it. However, I did not have any additional time.
