The employees are usually pretty condescending about things, especially when questioning why a year old car would have a seat belt buckle break (which feels unacceptable). 5/10 on customer service.

My service experience was good with one exception. The screen for the speedometer was changed. When I asked why no one knew. One of the advisors did get it back to the previous view.
I was told to stop in anytime since a low tire can be a safety concern. I had my 2 grandsons with me, who thought your playroom was awesome. They were still more boisterous than necessary, but was something id really never even noticed before. My tire waa repaired on my wheel warranty and we were on our way!

I have had 3 total interactions with Lexus of Omaha service members and every time it has been a wonderful experience! I never thought I’d say that about a car service team, but I have been very impressed with everyone there! Each visit I have had prompt, polite interactions and they treat me like a valued customer. It really goes a long way in building trust, being treated so warmly. They open and close the door for me which is a very nice touch. So far so good with the Lexus service team here - I plan to keep coming because of it.
