They late picking up the vehicle. Also, I was informed the replacement would take 3hrs 3 days later I hadn't received any information about the status of my vehicle. Subsequently, I called and had to speak with 3 different people before anyone could inform me of the status of my repair

My experience was horrible. Daniel just works here so he’s not in control but Myra has no people skills. She’s rude, Aggressive no matter of fact. I will never buy a car from this dealership. I will not deal with the service department. I’m spending hours waiting for a key.
